God why am I so addicted to making cards? Thought up a second ability for Dave, being all time-shenanigeny.
So my problem here is that Flashback on Dave Strider is completely useless. At first I leapt at the idea, then I re-read the reminder text for flashback, whcih is actually printed on the card in question. If you use flashback, you cast Dave from your graveyard, then exile it. Immideately. As part of the ability’s resolution. So Dave dies, then you cast him for flashback, and he enters the battlefield, but before anyone can respond, before anythign can get placed on the stack, Dave exiles himself as part of the ability resolving. Rather than giving him flashback, you should just give him an ability that lets you cast him from the graveyard instead.
